Abstract

|
Progressive muscular dystrophy is a primary degenerative disease of skeletal muscles without evidence of regeneration.
Two cases of Duchenne type of progressive muscular dystrophy has been experienced in 10 years old child and in his 8 years old brother. The clinical symptoms were frequent weakness and muscular aching pain on calves.
The diagnosis was confirmed by muscle biopsy, urine findings and serum C.P.K. levels.
